REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are sure you with love your Linen label purchase but we do understand shopping online can sometimes be difficult and that sometimes an item may not be what you had imagined.
We offer a 14-day Refund policy for change of-mind returns, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The shipping costs for Change of Mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Since we provide free shipping, any associated shipping fees that occurred with the original postage will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please note that we do not accept Change of Mind refunds for orders outside Australia.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Each and every order we send is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product please send us an email at hello@linenlabel.com.au with your name and order number and we will review your case and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your item/s.
If items are deemed to be faulty you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge or a full refund. In some cases, we will require the item to be returned for further inspection.
Refunds and exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
